If you have a complaint, you can:

PriveBet will apply best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.
If you have a query with regard to any transaction, you may also contact PriveBet at destek@privebet.com with details of the query. PriveBet will review any queried or disputed transactions.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint by PriveBet, you can complain to the Curacao Gaming Authority.
Kindly note that by contacting the Curacao Gaming Authority you are confirming that you have not breached any PriveBet Terms and Conditions as agreed to by you upon registering with PriveBet.
